Powder material semi-trailer is a special vehicle for the transportation of large quantities of dust materials (bulk cement). It is generally applicable to areas where weight charging is strictly carried out according to regulations, and its volume is generally between 35-45 cubic meters. It is applicable to the transportation and pneumatic unloading of fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder and other dry materials with particle diameters not greater than 0.1mm. When the vertical height of unloading reaches 15m, the horizontal conveying distance can also reach 5m.

The semi trailer powder material transport vehicle uses its own engine power to drive the vehicle mounted air compressor through the power take-off, and sends the compressed air into the air chamber at the lower part of the sealed tank through the pipeline, so that the cement on the fluidized bed is suspended into a fluid state. When the pressure in the tank reaches the rated value, open the unloading butterfly valve, and the fluidized cement is transported through the pipeline. It is made by domestic advanced technology, with novel design and durability. Air bag type has large bearing capacity, fast unloading speed and small residue.

The integrated tank body has the characteristics of high overall strength, good rigidity, good pressure bearing and good service performance. The fluidized bed in the tank is designed scientifically and arranged reasonably, which can effectively shorten the unloading time to 1.4T/min, improve the volume utilization rate of the tank, and reduce the residual ash rate, which is 0.2%. The tank body of the powder material transport vehicle adopts a double cone inward inclined horizontal structure, with double pipes for air intake and double cylinders for feeding. Its unloading speed and residual rate meet the requirements of the industry standard.
