The tank body is welded with 4mm high-strength high-quality carbon steel plate at one time. The tank body is divided into six compartments, which can independently control the unloading speed and sequence of each compartment. Each compartment has a feed inlet and a lower maintenance outlet.
The whole vehicle has three hinges, which are driven by three 5.5KW Siemens motors. It is equipped with 20m external wires, which can be connected to three boxes of electricity (hydraulic drive is optional, so no power supply is required).

It can rotate 180 degrees on one side and lift up and down. It is equipped with Delixi or Schneider electric control boxes. The unloading speed is 1 ton/min. One person can complete the operation independently.
The tank top is equipped with a protective fence, which is convenient for operation and ensures the safety of the operation of the staff on the tank top. Elastic connection is adopted between the upper deck and the chassis, which can fully release the relative deformation between the upper deck and the chassis, eliminate stress concentration, and the upper deck will not be damaged even if the tank truck runs on bad roads.
