Treatment method for fault of control valve of sanitation garbage truck

Time:2018-10-10 Views:2438

The control valve is an actuator in the hydraulic system on the sanitation garbage truck. As a terminal component in process control, its role is very important. Then what are the faults in the sanitation garbage truck control valve? What are the causes of these failures and how should they be handled?

First, When the sanitation garbage truck control valve is in the middle position, the cause and treatment of the load drop:

1. The oil path between the control valve and the cylinder leaks or breaks. Tighten the oil pipe joint or replace the oil pipe, check the sealing condition of the mating surface of the coupling piece, and whether the contact surface is uneven.

2. The cylinder leaks, replace the seals, and replace the worn parts. If the wear is caused by oil, clean the hydraulic system.

3. The control valve or pressure valve leaks oil. Clean or replace the valve. Wear may be caused by dirty oil. Clean the hydraulic system to find the cause of the contamination.

4. Release the joystick handle and the control valve does not return to the neutral position. Check if the valve lever is bent and deformed, and if there is any jam at the joint; check if the control valve is adjusted correctly and check for broken parts.

Second, the sanitation garbage truck control valve has a large operating force

1. The joystick is connected incorrectly or with a cassette. re-install.

2. The control valve body connecting bolt is loose. Tighten the bolts with torque as recommended by the manufacturer.

3. The internal components of the valve are broken or scored. Repair or change parts to find out why.

Third, the control valve leaks

1. The valve body connecting bolt is too tight. Tighten the bolts to the torque required by the manufacturer and replace the O-ring seal between the valve bodies. If the O-ring seal is damaged by dirt, clean the hydraulic system and find out the cause of the contamination.

2. The control valve parts are broken. Repair or replace the valve to check for damage.

The above is the cause and treatment of the failure of the sanitation garbage truck control valve. Drivers must pay more attention to prevent the control valve in the hydraulic system of the sanitation garbage truck from malfunctioning, resulting in the hydraulic system not working properly.
