Safety operation process of vacuum road sweeper vehicle

Time:2019-07-09 Views:609
The vacuum cleaner/road sweeper  is a technically intensive and complex system. The key components are brand-name products. The operators and maintenance personnel must undergo strict training before they can operate and drive the vehicle. Proper use, frequent inspection and adjustment, timely replacement of consumables and consumables is a necessary condition to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle without failure, and can effectively extend its service life. So what are the safe operating specifications of the vacuum cleaner in actual use?

The safe operation specifications of the vacuum cleaner are as follows:
1. The vehicle must not be started when the cabinet is in the lifted state.
2. When not vacuuming or changing the machine, the suction cup must be lifted to avoid scratching the suction port.
3. The normal working speed of the auxiliary engine is 1500-1800R/MIN. It is strictly forbidden to run for a long time. To reduce the wear of the clutch, the auxiliary engine is not allowed to stay between 950-1250r/min.
4. When the cabinet is lifted, the vehicle must be parked smoothly and in the parking brake state. If you enter the bottom of the cabinet, you must hold up the safety struts. The vehicle can be inspected and maintained after it has been determined that the box is reliably supported by the support rod.
5. It is strictly forbidden to operate the hydraulic system when the auxiliary engine is running at high speed to avoid malfunction of the hydraulic system.
6. The pump is strictly prohibited from idling without water, otherwise the pump seal and the inner coil of the pump will be damaged.
7. Do not flush the engine radiator and the engine air filter inlet with high pressure water flow to avoid damage to the heat sink fins or engine water.
8. When the machine is to be stopped in the winter, it is necessary to discharge the cooling water in the radiator tank and the engine to the antifreeze. At the same time, the water tank, water pipe, water filter and water in the pump must be drained to prevent freezing.
9. Never turn off the main power switch while the auxiliary engine is running. After the work is completed, the main power supply should be turned off to avoid the battery being depleted.
10. Always check and remove dust from each engine air filter (preferably daily inspection). After the work is completed in a heavy dust environment, it needs to be cleaned before the next operation.

The above is the content of the safe operation procedure of the vacuum cleaner. The driver must use the vacuum cleaner to operate correctly according to the safety operation rules. Otherwise, it may cause early damage of the parts and affect the working efficiency of the vacuum cleaner.
