Precautions for the use of high-pressure plunger pumps

1. Product features and scope of application

  This series of high-pressure plunger pumps are high-pressure plunger pumps independently developed and produced by Chengli Company. This series of products have the characteristics of compact structure, small size, light weight, high efficiency, etc., and can transport clear water, emulsion and other similar clear water liquids. Mainly used in high-pressure cleaning vehicles, pipeline dredging vehicles, fire trucks, high-pressure humidifiers, high-pressure transport vehicles, ships and other equipment that requires high-pressure transmission.

Use environment and working conditions:

The working medium of the system pump is clean water. It is recommended that the user use it above 0℃, and take measures if necessary to prevent the medium from freezing.

To ensure that the medium is clean, a filter must be installed. The filtering accuracy is recommended to be between 80 and 100 meshes, and clean regularly to extend the service life of the plunger, packing, inlet and outlet valves and other parts.

   (Water quality requirements: particle size <0.1mm content: m3<5g PH6.5-8)

 

2. Structure composition:

   The power end is composed of main parts such as crankcase, high-speed gear oil, crosshead intermediate rod, connecting rod assembly, pin shaft and forced lubrication.

   The box body is a box-shaped structure and is manufactured by high-strength casting. Dust-proof and waterproof are fully considered in the design. A breather cap is provided on the upper part of the box to balance the air pressure inside and outside the box. Another breather cap is unscrewed to create a water and oil hole. The drive part is installed in the box, and the high-speed gear and crankshaft are assembled. The upper herringbone gear box meshes, the transmission is stable, the noise is low, the three sets of crankshaft connecting rod mechanism drive the plunger of the crosshead middle rod to reciprocate, the transmission end is lubricated by forced lubrication, and the high-speed gear drives the oil pump to supply oil to make the crankshaft connecting rod The bushes, bearings, connecting rod pins, crosshead slideways, each movement pair are fully lubricated to ensure reduced wear and prolong service life. 

working principle:

   The high-speed gear is driven by the motor to mesh with the herringbone gear mounted on the curve, and the torque is transmitted to the crankshaft. The crankshaft drives the connecting rod, which refers to the same and intermediate rod assembly, which converts the rotary motion into linear reciprocating motion to complete the working conditions.

maintenance

  (1) The lubricating oil must be changed after the plunger pump runs for 50 hours for the first time, and every 200 hours thereafter.

  (2) Lubricating oil use brand: summer CD40/15w, winter CD30/15W.

  (3) When injecting lubricating oil, it must be injected from the oil injection hole (the oil injection hole is when the breather cap is removed), and the amount of lubricating oil injection is subject to the specified number of oil level holes set by the pump.

  (4) When lubricating oil is injected, it must be filtered through a 80-100 mesh filter and injected. Prevent impurities in the oil from being injected into the crankcase. (Please use international oil products)

  (5) Observe the operating conditions of the oil pump at any time, and the oil pressure of the lubricating oil shall not be lower than 0.1-0.15MPa.

  (6) The lubricating system and filter should be cleaned at any time. If the filter is damaged, the filter must be replaced.

  (7) When replacing the lubrication system and filter, the filter should be cleaned at any time. If the filter is damaged, a new filter must be replaced.

  (8) When replacing the lubricating oil, it must be carried out when the oil is hot, the old oil must be drained, and the crankcase must be cleaned before the new oil can be injected.

  (9) Pay attention to the condition of the connecting bolts at the connections of each part of the pump at any time to prevent malfunctions.

3. Safety precautions and warnings

before use:

1. Before using the pump for the first time, please read the "Instruction Manual" carefully, it contains very important pump installation, use and safety instructions.

2. If you do not follow these instructions, our company will not take any responsibility if there is a problem with the plunger.

3. Please strictly follow the contents of the instruction manual for installation, use and maintenance.

4. The plunger pump does not allow overload operation, let alone dry running without water.

5. The lubricating oil used in the crankcase of the plunger pump should be injected according to the specified brand and quantity; it is strictly forbidden to mix new oil, old oil and different brand lubricants to avoid reducing the oil performance.

6. It is strictly forbidden to operate without a filter in the water supply pipe, and it is strictly forbidden that a large amount of solid particles in the water affect the service life of the pump.

when using it:

7. The plunger pump should gradually increase the working pressure before starting the car, and it is strictly forbidden to start the car with no load.

8. When the plunger pump is running, the operator should not be close to its moving parts, let alone disassemble and tighten any parts when the pump is running.

9. The high-pressure pipeline mechanism should be far away from the operator to avoid personal injury.

10. Frequently check the tightness of the water supply and drainage pipes of the water inlet pipe. If there is air in the pipe, empty it immediately to avoid vibration of the pipe and equipment.

11. When the lubricating oil level of the plunger pump is too low, the water supply is insufficient, or there is an abnormal noise inside the pump, stop in time for inspection and troubleshoot.

At the end of use:

1. The plunger pump should gradually reduce the working pressure before stopping, so that it stops under no load.

2. When the ambient temperature is below 0℃, if the pump is parked for a long time, the residual medium in the pump must be drained to prevent freezing and cracking of related parts.

In case of failure:

3. It is not allowed to clean the parts of the pump with corrosive detergent.

4. When a major failure occurs, the motor should be stopped immediately.

5. When a fire hazard occurs outside, use this pump casing for fire extinguishing operations.

Matters needing attention when using high-pressure cleaning pump:

1. When using the plunger pump, please read the instruction manual in detail, it contains installation, use and safety instructions. 2. It is strictly forbidden to operate the plunger pump when there is no staff present. 3. When the plunger pump is running, the staff shall not be close to its moving parts, let alone disassemble any parts while the pump is running. 4. In the crankcase of the plunger pump, please fill the lubricating oil according to the specified brand and quantity. 5. It is strictly forbidden to mix new oil, old you, and different brands of lubricants to avoid reducing the performance of the lubricant. 6. When the lubricating oil level of the plunger pump is too low or there is abnormal noise in the pump, stop and check in time.

7. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, the pump should be run for a period of time when the pump is turned on, and then gradually pressurized after the oil temperature rises.

8. Before starting the pump, check whether the connections of the pump are firm.

9. Jog before turning on the pump to check whether the direction of the pump is correct. It must be consistent with the direction sign before turning on the pump.

10. When the pump is running, check whether the lubricating oil pressure is normal.

11. When the high-pressure plunger pump is running, the temperature of the lubricating oil shall not exceed 70°C. The temperature of the bearing parts on both sides of the box shall not exceed 55 ℃

12. Before the pump is stopped, the working pressure should be gradually reduced, and the pump should be stopped under no load.
