Introduction of aluminum alloy pneumatic bottom valve

Time:2022-02-16 Views:290
 Product introduction:

Aluminum alloy pneumatic subsea valve DN100 emergency shut-off valve, installed at the bottom of the tank car storage tank, the valve seal is placed in the tank, there is no cut-off groove on the aluminum alloy pneumatic subsea valve body, when subjected to a strong collision, the subsea valve body will be in the flange. Break, separate the storage tank and the bottom pipeline, and become an independent sealed tank to prevent liquid leakage and greatly improve the safety of transportation.

The aluminum alloy pneumatic subsea valve DN100 meets the relevant requirements of the GB/T932-2012 standard, and is a pipe fitting for bottom loading and unloading of tankers. Aluminum alloy pneumatic subsea valve is suitable for tank trucks carrying light fuel, and cannot be installed in highly corrosive liquids.

 Performance and Features:

1. Material: The main body of the subsea valve is made of lightweight aluminum alloy material, which is integrally formed by low-pressure casting, which is light, strong and durable.

2. Corrosion resistance: The surface of the seabed is oxidized and has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

3. High flow: Reasonable structural design ensures large flow through.

4. Emergency cut-off: When the aluminum alloy pneumatic subsea valve is subjected to a strong collision, the valve body breaks at the cut-off groove, and the tank body is kept sealed to effectively prevent oil leakage.

Structure and working principle:

The diameter of the aluminum alloy pneumatic subsea valve DN100 is φ100 (4〃). It adopts pneumatic opening, and there is another manual subsea valve for users to choose. The maximum filling rate can reach 2300 l/min. When loading and unloading oil, the intake pressure is greater than or equal to 0.4Mpa.
