Time:2019-06-25 Views:1819

Flatbed trucks, also known as construction machinery transport vehicles, low flat transport vehicles, are mainly used to transport non-detachable objects like excavators, loaders and harvesters. Flat-panel trucks are common heavy-duty trucks in their daily life. These vehicles are widely used in large-scale production or engineering sites such as factories and construction sites. The heavy load-bearing capacity of flat-panel transport vehicles plays an important role in the economic development process. So when flatbed truck for loading excavators,if not operating properly, can easily damage the flatbed transporter.so the following points should be paid attention.

 1. Choose a solid flat, and the flat transporter stops to hold the handbrake. Excavator docking position: After the excavator drive wheel is behind, the guide wheel is as close as possible to the trailer, so that the excavator and the trailer are in a straight position.

2. Operate the handle to support the excavator bucket in the front part of the trailer. Operate the boom and boom handle to prop up the excavator guide wheel so that it is slightly higher than the trailer. The pedal travel lever cooperates with the handle to make the guide wheel The square boarded the trailer, and the excavator was high in the front and low in the front.

3. Place the bucket to prop up the track in front and then slowly walk the car while walking. Turn up and half to support the back.

4. The slewing excavator platform supports the wheel of the excavator with the basic vertical ground position of the boom, and the front and rear of the excavator are straight. Stepping the joystick Simultaneously operating the boom and boom handles allows the excavator to travel slowly on the trailer. Note that rotation and steering are not allowed, and the body and trailer are kept in the same line. If the track chain of the excavator is mounted on the flatbed transporter, you can lift the boom and move forward to the appropriate stop position of the flatbed transporter. Retract the bucket arm and place the excavator for long distance.
