Filling operation steps of liquefied gas tank truck

Time:2021-10-18 Views:350
The liquefied gas tank truck is an important tool carrier for the transportation and circulation of liquefied petroleum gas. It is a special vehicle used to transport propane, propylene, dimethyl ether, liquid ammonia, methylamine, acetaldehyde and other liquefied gases. Liquefied gas has the characteristics of flammability and explosion, and it is very prone to accidents during production, transportation and use. Therefore, strengthening the safety management of liquefied gas, ensuring safe operation and use, and reducing the occurrence of accidents are currently an important topic.
For a Class A fire-proof and explosion-proof place such as the LPG loading yard, it must first have certain basic requirements for software and hardware:
  1. From the perspective of software, the LPG truck loading personnel is the foundation of this software. As the filling personnel of liquefied gas tank trucks, they must go through professional training and obtain the qualification certificate issued by the administrative department of quality and technical supervision before they can hold the certificate.
  2. From the perspective of hardware, the LPG loading yard has been adhering to a tenet from the start of construction to the delivery of use: safe loading and prevention of secondary accidents. It is precisely because of adhering to this purpose that the hardware has also been considered very well.
Let‘s take a look at the filling operation steps of the liquefied gas tanker:
  1. When working every day, it is necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of the total inventory of the liquefied gas tank area to ensure the completion of the daily filling of liquefied gas. Before loading the vehicle, you must ask for the transfer sheet and the vehicle inspection form, and carefully check the vehicle number to prevent the wrong loading of the vehicle and the wrong amount of responsibility accidents, and ensure that the two documents are valid on the same day. (Remarks: The "Four Certificates" have been checked at the inspection yard of the LPG tank truck)
  2. Be aware of the condition of the equipment under your jurisdiction, carefully inspect the contents of the inspection every two hours per shift; carefully inspect the condition of the fire extinguisher required every month, and fill in the fire extinguisher inspection card in detail; The electrostatic discharge grounding device is tested and inspected every shift; the lightning protection grounding device in the loading shed hall is tested every spring to ensure the effect of use.
  3. When the tank truck is empty or the heavy truck passes the weighbridge, it is required to open the doors on both sides of the cab to prevent the entrainment of heavy objects or personnel, which will affect the accuracy of the weight inspection and prevent the weight from being adulterated.
  4. When the empty truck has passed the weighbridge, the loading operator must lead the tank truck to the designated place to prevent collisions with air, liquid phase pipelines and electrostatic discharge grounding devices; after the vehicle has stopped, the three most important tasks are : Cover the sleeper with tires, connect the static grounding wire, pull out the car key and hang it to the designated position. It is also necessary to fill in the initial value of the flow meter, and calculate the termination value after filling, be optimistic about the difference between the pipeline pressure and the pressure in the tanker, and open the gas phase valve in a timely manner to ensure that the loading task is completed smoothly and quickly. During the entire loading process, personnel are not allowed to leave the loading crane position. Each loading port is only allowed to connect to one liquid phase pipe, and at most two gas phase pipes can be connected to the loading pump. Only a single loading pump is allowed to start loading operations.
  5. During the loading process, in addition to observing the flowmeter and pressure gauge values in time, the flowmeter at the loading crane position must be copied every hour to prevent the flowmeter from hopping. The accuracy of the loading volume has an impact. After each tank truck has passed the loadometer and filled in the actual filling amount, the difference between the flowmeter payment amount of a single tank truck and the loadometer amount must be filled in to ensure the accuracy of the flowmeter payment amount. After each tank truck is filled with liquefied gas, the pressure, temperature, liquid level and other values after loading must be carefully filled in for future inspections.
  6. After the entire loading process is over, fill in the LPG loading operation card in time, fill in the content of the shift record, count the number of vehicles and total tonnage loaded on the shift and the whole day, and report the LPG tank District posts and dispatch posts. At the end of each month, all the various documents for the monthly loading will be submitted to the general manager. The personnel who leave the night shift every Friday will hand over the loading tank truck flow count and the load difference receipts to the process technician. To ensure timely detection of excessive loading errors.
