Therefore, many places are accustomed to flushing the engine of the suction truck directly with a high-pressure water gun, and the parts of the engine are not washed out. However, pay attention to the following points when cleaning high pressure water guns:

1. Avoid washing with water when engine is hot.

When the engine of the suction truck is in a high temperature state, if the engine is suddenly cooled, the cylinder may be deformed and cracked. Moreover, rinsing at high temperatures also produces a large amount of water vapor, which may have an effect on the circuit.

2, Try to avoid washing the fuse box outside of engine and driving computer

There are hints on the fuse box in the engine compartment of some suction trucks to avoid flushing the high pressure gun here. Although there is waterproof treatment, there is no problem with rain, but the pressure of the high pressure water gun is large, just in case. Therefore, when cleaning the engine for the suction truck, try to avoid the driving computer and the outer fuse box area.

For the outer fuse box and the driving computer area, it is more suitable to clean with a wet rag or a soft brush. If the wet rag and the soft brush not work, then try to use the engine-specific cleaner. To bathe the engine of the suction truck, it is best to choose foam cleaner. Because foam cleaners have a long residence time, they can effectively decompose oil molecules and some stubborn molecules.

The worst way to do this is to flush the engine with a high-pressure water gun while engine is still hot. Some people think that it is easier to wash off the dirt on the engine when it is hot. There is nothing wrong with this idea, but doing so can seriously damage the engine of the suction truck.
