ISUZU 4x2 Baby chick transport van truck was customized and shipped to Armenia. The van box body was designed according to customer‘s requirement and rear hydraulic tailgate installed as needed.

(1) Production process: The box body is manufactured using a vacuum adsorption and hydraulic adsorption integrated production line, with sandwich composite bonding and insulation performance meeting the national A-level standard.

(2) Material of the wing panel: The inner and outer wall panels are made of high-quality domestic fiberglass (non absorbent, good insulation, strong hardness, and antioxidant); The intermediate insulation layer is XPS extruded polystyrene board; The thickness of the compartment is 8CM. The floor is made of aluminum patterned panels, and the door edge strips are made of labyrinth rubber sealing strips.

(3) Car accessories: aluminum alloy edges around the car body, stainless steel corners, stainless steel door locks, stainless steel door frames and hinges, energy-saving LED lighting inside the car body.
