The hydraulic valve of the mixer truck is used to control the flow direction, flow rate and pressure of the hydraulic oil, which in turn can realize the action requirements of the hydraulic machine under different working conditions. Hydraulic valves can be roughly divided into three categories:
1. Pressure control valve: The pressure control valve of the mixer truck is used to control or adjust the hydraulic oil pressure in the hydraulic system, such as safety valve, relief valve, back pressure valve and so on.
2. Flow control valve: The flow control valve of the mixer can maintain the flow rate of the hydraulic oil at a certain value to adjust the movement speed of the working mechanism, such as the throttle valve and the stroke control valve.
3. Directional control valve: The direction control valve of the mixer truck can be used to control the direction of hydraulic oil flow. There are two kinds of reversing valve and one-way valve. The reversing valve is divided into two types: spool valve and rotary valve. Among them, the most used one is the reversing valve. In order to reduce the installation volume of the reversing valve and facilitate the connection of the oil passage, several reversing valves and safety valves are often installed together, or the valve body is made into one whole, which is called Multiple way reversing valve.
The maintenance of the hydraulic valve of the mixer truck has certain principles: the daily maintenance of the concrete mixer truck should be done well, such as “checking” and “special inspection” of the components. If problems are found, the corresponding measures must be taken to eliminate them. To ensure the normal operation of each hydraulic valve and hydraulic system, if the hydraulic valve fails, it is necessary to first find out the cause of the failure, and do not blindly disassemble and repair, otherwise it may cause more serious consequences.
