The vacuum sewer/sewage suction truck belongs to the sanitation vehicle. It is mainly used to collect, transfer and transport the sewage sludge and sewage to avoid secondary pollution. Because the sewage truck can self-prime and discharge, the working speed is fast, and it is in the sewer. Stones and larger stones can also be easily sucked away, so they are trusted by the majority of users. So what do a qualified suction truck operator need to do during the operation?
1. The suction of the suction truck mainly comes from the vacuum pump, so the vacuum pump is very important. The vacuum pump should maintain a proper number of revolutions. The speed of the vacuum pump is too high, the rotor heat will be intensified; if the speed is too low, it will cause additional impact on the engine and parts. Influencing the service life, in order to achieve the appropriate number of working revolutions, the best position of the hand throttle should be adjusted according to the pump type.
2. When selecting the flat position when unloading, the suction truck is generally equipped with a lifting and unloading system, which can dump the material by itself. Therefore, it is forbidden to unload the road at uneven or even inclined places during self-unloading. Unloading of sloped roads, vehicle parts are easily deformed to cause malfunctions, and may also cause rollover accidents.
3. When unloading, first open the back cover of the tank. Before unloading, loosen the locking bolts and lift the back cover to a suitable angle. When the tank is full, it is forbidden to lift the back cover. The tank body, otherwise it will move back because of the center of gravity, which is easy to cause a rollover accident.
4. When the oil pump and vacuum pump take power, the engine idles and fully steps on the clutch pedal. After the power take-off switch is turned on, the clutch pedal is slowly released.
5. When the suction truck is running, the vacuum pump and the oil pump are in a stopped working state.
6. Do not use the suction truck to inhale and transport waste oil and dangerous materials, so as to avoid serious accidents such as fire and explosion. Remember: safety first!
7. Support rods and safety stops must be used when entering the bottom of the tank or in service when the tanker is lifted.
