3. The equipment requires more than two people to operate, and there must be a guardian.
Four, fully prepare before homework:
①Determine the operating conditions. Before cleaning, make necessary analysis of the diameter and scale of the cleaning pipes to determine the working pressure and the thickness of the high-pressure cleaning pipes used.
②Determine that a protective fence must be installed at the boundary of the work site to prevent the entry of idlers. The protective fence is set up where the jet will not reach under any circumstances (the protective fence uses a cone and a cordon).
③ Contact the walkie-talkie to ensure good and unobstructed communication, and the signal must have a clear agreement (open pump, increase pressure, decrease pressure, stop pump).
④The high-pressure washing truck is a high-pressure washing equipment, and the operator must wear all protective equipment.
5. Before installing the nozzle, open the pump to flush the connection pipeline of the equipment, check that the nozzle is not blocked, remove the nozzle after use, clean it and put it in the toolbox.
6. Before the high-pressure pump is activated, put wood blocks on both sides of the two rear wheels of the car (eyes) to prevent the car from slipping.
7. Ensure that the equipment inlet and outlet pipes are tightly connected, and the high-pressure pipes are kept smooth, and no knots are tied to prevent the high-pressure pipes from rupturing due to twisting.
8. It must be emphasized to use the guide tube to guide the high-pressure punch into the sewer pipe 500mm to increase the pressure. Note that it is strictly forbidden to increase the pressure before the high-pressure punch is placed in the sewer pipe for more than 500mm to prevent the punch and pressure water from hurting people. Take care to prevent the nozzle backlash.
9. If any malfunction is found during work, immediately stop the machine for inspection and repair. No faulty construction is allowed. It must be emphasized that the pump is not allowed to repair the equipment or tighten the screw connection while the pump is in operation.
