1. Main assembly and system maintenance
1. Engine group
1) Check whether the oil and coolant in the generator set are enough every day.
2) Regularly clean the air filter element and check the airtightness of the air intake line.
3) Regularly change the engine oil, machine filter and diesel filter.

2. Water pump
1) Regularly check the oil quantity and quality in the gear box;
2) Replace the gear oil in the gear box every six months, the model is N220 medium-load industrial gear oil;
3) Check the oil quantity and quality in the crankcase every day;
4) Change the oil in the crankcase every 70 hours of operation, the model is 15W-40 or equivalent viscosity lubricating oil
5) The amount of aluminum-based grease in the pump plunger should also be added in time;
6) When cleaning, do not use high-pressure water flow to flush the oil filler of the pump to prevent moisture from entering the breathing port.

Precautions:
1) When there is no water, it is strictly forbidden to turn on the pumps for operation;
2) During operation, it is necessary to ensure sufficient water intake and smooth water output;
3) The water filter element should be cleaned regularly to ensure the water flow and water quality.
4) Before freezing in winter, do a good job of draining and anti-freezing the pipes and pumps.

3. Pneumatic system
1) The oil quantity and oil quality should be checked regularly in the triple unit (the oil product is VG32 turbine oil);
2) There is a filter element in the triple unit dryer, which should be cleaned or replaced regularly.

4. Electrical system
1) Check the circuit system every six months to ensure that the circuit system is intact;
2) Each fuse, air circuit breaker, etc. plays a role in circuit protection. If it is burnt, please replace it with the same specification insurance.
