1. Check the liquid level of the compressor‘s gas-liquid separator. If there is liquid accumulation, drain the liquid in time.
2. During the loading and unloading process of the tanker, the driver and escort must be present to cooperate with the pump and storage tank operators to do the loading and unloading operations together. At the same time, attention should be paid to the stability of the tanker and whether there are any abnormal phenomena in the pipeline.
3. Do not start the car or honk the electric horn during operation and when the hose is depressurized.
4. Wear gloves during operation, and close the valve when loading and unloading hoses, and the mouth of the pipe is not allowed to face people to prevent frostbite from the liquefied petroleum gas.
5. In the event of thunderstorms, open flames, fires nearby, abnormal unloading pressure, large pressure difference without liquid flow or liquid level, equipment, hose failure and safety accessories failure, the unloading operation should be stopped immediately.
6. The residual pressure after unloading the tanker should not be less than 0.1MPa, and the residual liquid volume in the tank should not be less than 5% of the maximum filling volume.
7. The driver must check that the valves in the tank truck loading and unloading operation box are closed, and all the connecting parts of the tank truck are completely separated before they can leave the unloading platform.
