The first step is to check whether there is water in the water tank of the water circulation pump and whether the water level reaches 2/3, then tighten the rear cover locking bolt, close the sewage ball valve, open the sewage ball valve, close the water and sewage intercommunication ball valve, and put the sewage suction pipe Connect the dirt suction ball valve.

Then I came to the cab and set on fire, set the barometer to 7 to 8 pressure, step on the clutch, press the vacuum pump switch, and slowly loosen the clutch.

Then get off the car and go to the vacuum pump water tank position, turn the operation lever of the suction and discharge four-way valve until the air inlet and outlet are in the state of outlet air, and the suction function is turned on (at the same time, check whether the pointer of the vacuum pressure gauge moves down).

Finally, pay attention to the fecal pipe of the sewage tank and do not exceed the red warning line to prevent dirt from entering the vacuum pump and causing damage to the pump body. When it reaches the red warning line of the visual fecal pipe, turn the operating lever of the four-way valve for suction and discharge to the middle position to vacuum The pressure is released (simply return to the original position as above).

Finally, step on the clutch, turn off the vacuum pump switch, and the dirt suction function is completed. (In addition, the vacuum pump switch must be turned on when the tank is lifted and the rear cover is opened. It is strictly forbidden to lift the heavy load and open the rear cover without opening the rear cover bolts).
