Among the equipment in the liquefied gas station, the liquefied gas tank and filling pump are the main equipment. The tank stores liquefied gas. The gas cylinder shall be filled with the power of the vane pump. The filling pump must be operated according to the correct method. The specific measures are as follows:
Firstly, Preparation before startup
1. Check lubrication and fastening of all parts
2. Turn the pump 2-3 times by hand, check the rotation of the pump, and start the pump when the pump is normal
3. Check whether the pump outlet valve is closed
4. Turn on the exhaust fan and start the pump after forced ventilation; (Installed in pump room)
5. Remove the tools and other obstacles on the pump body
6. Do not open the pump without filling liquid and gas
7. The pump shall be installed lower than the tank car or storage tank
Secondly, Start
1. Check the rotation and start of the pump by hand
2. Close the shut-off valve; Open the overflow valve of the liquid storage tank; Open the bypass shut-off valve
3. Start, if the pump is not filled with medium, the rotation time shall not exceed 30 seconds
4. Open the venting device of the pump inlet pipeline to discharge gas
5. After starting, adjust the outlet pressure to the specified pressure with the bypass shut-off valve
6. Open the shut-off valve, observe the change of the pressure gauge, close the bypass shut-off valve, and make the pressure of the pressure gauge the same as that of the outlet pipe shut-off valve that is not opened
7. During the operation of the pump, the operator shall not leave his post; The pump shall not be wiped, reinforced or repaired during operation to avoid accidents caused by sparks
8. Carefully observe whether the pump has abnormal sound, air leakage, oil leakage, liquid leakage, heating and other abnormal phenomena. If there is any abnormality, stop the pump immediately for inspection, and restart after troubleshooting
9. Non sparking tools should be used to repair the pump
10. If the pump breaks down during running, report to the station leader in time for troubleshooting
Third, Stop the pump
1. Open the shut-off valve of the bypass pipe
2. Disconnect the power and stop the pump
3. Close the overflow valve of the liquid storage tank and the shut-off valve of the bypass pipe
4. Fill in the pump operation record carefully
5. Wipe the pump to remove dirt
