1. The bearings and gears in the speed-increasing tank of the sprinkler pump are lubricated by means of injecting gear oil. When using the product, the user should first look at the dipstick and check whether it is in the range of the oil level. If it does not match, the gear oil should be added or released.
2. Before the pump works, check whether the liquid in the pump is full. If it is insufficient, fill the pump with liquid storage, and do not allow liquid to be used, so as to avoid damage to the mechanical seal and open the valve of the suction line and the output line.
3. Strictly check the installation of the suction line, and never allow air leakage in the suction line, otherwise it will not be self-priming.
4. Pay attention to check if the direction of rotation is correct.
5. Pay attention to the readings of the pressure gauge and the vacuum gauge. After the pump is started, the readings of the pressure gauge and the vacuum gauge indicate the stability after a period of fluctuation, indicating that the pump has been liquid, and the pump enters the normal infusion.
6. If there is strong vibration and noise during pump operation, it may be caused by the phenomenon of vapor turbidity. The cause of cavitation is mainly due to excessive flow or too high suction stroke. The flow rate is too large to adjust the output line control valve to raise the pressure gauge reading. If the suction stroke is too high, try to reduce the suction height as much as possible.
7. When the pump is finished working, first close the output line control valve and then stop the prime mover.
8. In the low temperature season, when the pump is not working, the liquid in the pump should be discharged from the drain valve to prevent the box from being frozen.
9. When pumping gasoline flammable late-explosive medium, the anti-static grounding of pumps and pipelines should be done to ensure safety.
10. If the sprinkler pump is used for a long time, it should be disassembled, cleaned, and coated with anti-rust oil on each processing surface, and then assembled for safekeeping.
11. In the case of no mechanical leakage, the mechanical seal does not need to be disassembled and inspected. The mechanical seal of the disassembly and disassembly should be handled gently, pay attention to cleaning, protect the surface of the moving and static rings, and strictly prohibit collision. The main cause of leakage of mechanical seals is mostly caused by mirroring of moving and static rings. The repair method grinds the sealing end face to restore the mirror surface. In addition, if the rubber seal is improperly installed or aged, the mechanical seal can be leaked. At this point, you should re-install, adjust, or replace the new rubber seal.
12. Pump disassembly sequence.
The pump removal sequence is as follows:
(1) Unscrew the oil drain screw, open the drain valve, and drain the remaining liquid in the pump and the lubricant in the gear box. Remove the pipe and the base bolts and remove the pump.
(2) Remove the inlet flange.
(3) Unscrew the impeller nut and remove the first stage impeller (right-hand pump, left-handed nut). If it is difficult to remove the impeller, it will be removed together when the second stage impeller is removed.
(4) Remove the coupling nut of the gear box and the pump body. Use the M12 bolt to screw the M12 bolt into the top opening screw hole. The two screw inspections should evenly open the pump body and the gear box evenly. At this time, the first stage impeller can automatically come out (note: the first stage impeller and nut must be To be screwed off, the right-handed pump is a left-handed nut), then the second-stage impeller, and the mechanical seal is separated from the pump body with the gearbox.
(5) Remove the intermediate casing, pull out the second-stage impeller, and remove the mechanical seal and seal seat. Pay attention to protect the dynamic and static ring mirror surface of the mechanical seal, and do not have any scratches.
(6) After removing the gear box cover and input bearing cover, the input shaft is driven out of the box from the pump body side, and the driving gear is taken out from above the box.
The assembly sequence is the reverse of the above disassembly sequence. Where there is a triangular seal, the surrounding clearance must be uniform, and the impeller does not rub the pump casing.
