LPG tank truck, also known as LPG tank truck, is a truck used to transport LPG. The brakes, steering gear, horn and signal lights, pressure gauge, thermometer, full load alarm system and other safety devices of the LPG tank must be Complete and intact, sensitive and reliable.
It is very important to check the tank body for defects and the continuity of the grounding chain of the tanker. Strictly control the filling volume and regularly check the filling scale to prevent overfilling. Tank trucks are strictly prohibited from exposure to open flames, baking by heat sources, and sun exposure to avoid accidents caused by over-temperature and over-pressure. Unqualified tank trucks shall not be filled and used.
1. Equipment inspection
(1) The tank truck must have a general drawing and a drawing of main components, a product manual, a strength calculation sheet for compression components, a quality certificate, and a product qualification certificate.
(2) There shall be no cracks, pores, arc craters and visible slag inclusions in the welding seam of the tank.
(3) There is a manhole on the tank body, the diameter of which is not less than 400mm.
(4) The tank body has a liquid-phase tube bed and a gas-phase tube bed, which are welded firmly to prevent deformation and failure due to the impact of the transport medium during transportation.
(5) The anti-scouring plate is firmly connected to the tank body.
(6) For the semi-trailer tanker with the tank body fixed on the car base, the V-shaped support on the tank body shall be firmly and reliably connected with the car chassis beam by bolts and nuts, and has anti-loose and anti-vibration measures.
(7) The rear window of the cab is closed, and LPG pressure gauge, thermometer and full load alarm system should be installed indoors. There is a red light signal outside the top.
(8) The tank truck must be equipped with at least one set of liquid level measuring devices, generally one set of magnetic float type and fixed tube type liquid level gauges. When two sets of liquid level gauges are used at the same time, if one of them is damaged or malfunctions, it should be repaired immediately; if both sets fail at the same time, the tank truck should be stopped immediately.
(9) The magnetic float type liquid level gauge must be sensitive and reliable, and the height of the indicated liquid level is consistent with the height of the liquid level in the tank.
(10) The dial scale should be painted with colored bands: the black band is the zero zone, the green band is the normal filling zone, and the yellow band is the filling attention zone.
(11) The surface of the instrument is clear, and there should be a cover outside the surface, which can be opened flexibly and closed reliably.
(12) The fixed liquid level gauge should be complete, intact, installed correctly, and fixed firmly. Angle valve and valve seat, liquid level gauge and pipe flange connection should be reliable, well-sealed, no leakage, correct measurement.
(13) The action of the angle valve is sensitive and reliable. The contact between the disc and the valve seat and stem, and the valve body and the packing should be kept airtight without leakage.
(14) More than one built-in spring safety valve must be installed between the gas phase chamber on the top of the tank body of the tanker. The gas outlet should be on the top of the tank body, and the lead seal should be checked for sensitive and reliable action.
(15) The measuring range of the thermometer is -40°~+60°C. The accuracy is not less than 1.5.
(16) The accuracy of the pressure gauge is not less than 1.5, and there is a red marking line at the highest working pressure.
(17) Thermometers and pressure gauges should be sensitive, accurate and reliable.
Reliable, it can be shut down within 10s of a large number of leaks or fires. Fusible plugs are forbidden to be replaced by fusible plugs made of non-standard alloys, and must be melted at a temperature of 70±5°C to close the emergency shut-off valve.
(19) Hydraulic control systems such as hand pumps, hydraulic pipelines, remote control shut-off valves, etc. should be intact, sensitive and reliable, and the hydraulic pipelines should be unblocked and well-sealed, and there should be no internal or external leakage.
(20) The ball valve and quick connector should be intact, sensitive, reliable, and leak-free.
(21) The connection between the valve box and the chassis of the car is firm and reliable. The door can be opened flexibly without jamming. It also has a locking device to close tightly. The box is clean and free of debris.
(22) The grounding chain should be installed at the rear of the car chassis, and it should be firmly fixed to the car beam and maintain conductive continuity.
(23) The tank truck should be equipped with electrostatic wires and clamps at both ends. During loading and unloading operations, static wire must be used to connect the tank truck to the ground electrode.
(24) The loading and unloading hoses are intact, oil-resistant, free of cracks, damage and aging.
(25) There are copper alloy tools to prevent sparks, leak-proof clamps, and low-voltage explosion-proof lights or explosion-proof flashlights not exceeding 12V.
2 Behavior check
(1) The driver‘s cab and the escort shall operate with a certificate.
(2) The tank truck should be parked at the designated position, braked with a hand brake, and the engine should be extinguished. When there is a possibility of sliding when parking, a fixed block should be added under the wheel.
(3) When the tank truck enters the LPG station, it must lift the grounding chain for mopping the ground.
(4) Fireworks are strictly prohibited at the liquefaction station, and tools and supplies that do not produce sparks should be used. Before loading and unloading operations, electrostatic wires should be used to connect the tank truck to the grounding plate of the ground station.
(5) The tank truck must not be overfilled.
(6) The liquid in the tank of the tanker shall not be exhausted, and there shall be at least a residual pressure above 5N/cm2.
(7) The driver and the escort shall not stay away from the tanker at the same time.
(8) Do not park in offices, schools, factories and mines, hospitals, bridges, warehouses and densely populated places.
(9) If you park for more than 6 hours on the way, you should contact the local public security department and park at the designated point.
(10) The tanker should drive according to the time, route and speed stipulated by the public security and transportation departments.
(11) Tank trucks are not allowed to tow trailers or carry flammable or explosive dangerous goods.
(12) Tank trucks must not be super high. When crossing tunnels, culverts, and overpasses, you should drive at a speed limit.
(13) Tank trucks for long-distance transportation over 200km should have two drivers. It is forbidden for others to ride, and fireworks are strictly prohibited in the car.
(14) If the tank truck caught fire due to a large amount of liquefied petroleum gas leakage, emergency measures should be taken to stop leakage and extinguishing fires, and immediately report to the public security fire department. The vehicle should be moved to a place where it is not dangerous, and the tank should be cooled down and extinguished quickly.
3 Operating environment
