The LPG semi-trailer is a special transport vehicle used to transport liquefied gas. When the LPG semi-trailer loads and unloads the medium, pull the manual control lever to open the gas phase and liquid phase emergency shut-off valves to open the gas phase and liquid phase pipelines. When an accident occurs during liquid loading and unloading and the valve box cannot be approached, the pull rod of the remote control device can be pulled at the rear remote control device (next to the rear bumper), and the emergency shut-off valve can be quickly closed.
1. Operation method of loading and unloading liquid:
Before the tank leaves the factory, the interior is replaced with nitrogen. The oxygen content in the tank is required to be no more than 3%, and the tank body should maintain a nitrogen pressure of >0.05MPa. If the pressure is lower than 0.05MPa before loading and unloading, it must be replaced with nitrogen again for transportation. Before the trailer enters the filling or unloading area, install an anti-inflammatory device on the engine exhaust, follow the instructions of the management personnel, stop at the designated place, brake with hand, extinguish the engine, fix the wheels, and connect the safety ground wire. .
Liquid filling operation method:
(1) Open the valve box, open the relief valve, cancel the quick connector, connect the dedicated loading and unloading pipe to the gas and liquid interface respectively, and connect the other end of the dedicated loading and unloading pipe to the gas and liquid interface of the liquid loading and unloading pipeline respectively. The air in the loading and unloading pipe is drained, and then the relief valve is closed.
(2) Open the gas and liquid valves, and open the valve near the special loading and unloading pipe at the gas station.
(3) Operate the manual control device and turn the emergency shut-off valve to the open position to fill the liquid. When filling the liquid, the operator should carefully observe the filling situation and pay attention to the measurement of the liquid level. The filling volume and weight should not exceed the filling temperature. The designed load capacity of the transport semi-trailer shall not be exceeded, and the overload shall be dealt with immediately.
(4) After filling, operate the manual control device to close the gas and liquid emergency shut-off valve; close the gas and liquid valve; close the valve near the special loading and unloading pipe at the gas station.
(5) Open the relief valve and drain the remaining gas and liquid from the dedicated loading and unloading pipe.
(6) Remove the special loading and unloading pipe, close the release valve, install the quick connector cap, close the valve box, retract the ground wire, remove it and fix it, and the filling is complete.
2. Operation method of unloading liquid:
(1) Open the valve box, open the relief valve, remove the quick connector cap, connect the special loading and unloading pipe to the gas and liquid interface respectively, and connect the other end of the special loading and unloading pipe to the gas and liquid interface of the liquid loading and unloading pipeline respectively. Drain the air in the dedicated loading and unloading pipe and close the relief valve.
(2) Open the gas and liquid valves, and open the valve near the special loading and unloading pipe at the gas station.
(3) Operate the manual control device and turn the emergency shut-off valve to the open position to fill the liquid. When filling the liquid, the operator should carefully observe the filling situation and pay attention to the measurement of the liquid level. The filling volume and weight should not exceed the filling temperature. The designed load capacity of the transport semi-trailer shall not be exceeded, and the overload shall be dealt with immediately.
(4) After filling, operate the manual control device to close the gas and liquid emergency shut-off valve; close the gas and liquid valve; close the valve near the special loading and unloading pipe at the gas station.
(5) Open the relief valve and drain the remaining gas and liquid from the dedicated loading and unloading pipe.
(6) Remove the special loading and unloading pipe, close the release valve, install the quick connector cap, close the valve box, retract the ground wire, remove it and fix it, and the filling is complete.
Note: 1. When installing and disassembling the loading and unloading hoses, wooden hammers or copper hammers should be used, and steel hammers are forbidden to strike to avoid electric sparks. 2. The operator should operate strictly in accordance with the operating rules, and control the speed of liquid loading during liquid loading and unloading.
