Installation requirements of vacuum pump for sewage suction truck
The vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck adopts the rotary vane type all-steel structure. It is the core component of the sewage suction truck and other municipal, environmental sanitation, various tank machinery and loading trucks. After decades of technological updates, the vacuum pump has a compact and reasonable structure. It consists of the following parts: pump body, rotor and shaft assembly, front and rear pump covers, rotary vanes, bearing cap seals and slip rings. The structure is simple, beautiful and convenient for disassembly.
In order to ensure the effective sealing of the sewage suction truck, after the pipe connected to the vacuum pump is installed and welded, the welding slag and dirt in the pipe must be cleaned before it can be connected to the pump.
During the use of the sewage suction truck, when welding pipes and cleaning slag, the inlet and exhaust ports must be tightly closed to prevent welding and dirt from falling into the vacuum pump, causing the pump to run difficult or unable to rotate.
When installing a vacuum pump, the pump needs to be fixed at the ideal position of the car‘s beam. The height of the pump, left and right, front and back, is determined by the output axis of the power take-off device. The connection between the pump shaft and the output shaft of the power take-off device should not be more than 7 degrees, and it should be as close to the power take-off device as possible.
Handle with care during installation. Do not beat or knock.
Before use, add about 200 milliliters of clean vacuum pump oil to the pump and run the pump for one week with a manual booster.
Select the flange installation according to the direction of rotation indicated by the red arrow. If the direction is not right, it will not only fail to play the role of vacuum, but also damage the pump to a certain extent.
When using the vacuum pump for the first time, please run it at low speed with no load (≤300 rpm / 2 minutes), and then check the pump body for leakage and temperature rise.
According to the tank volume and engine power of the suction truck, the commonly used vacuum pump models are HD-80, HD-46 and HD-30.
In addition to the chassis, the main accessories of the manure suction truck are the manure suction truck vacuum pump, power take-off, boom, boom seat, oil and gas separator, water vapor separator, four-way valve, check valve and manure discharge valve.
The vacuum pump of the manure suction truck is the core accessory of the manure suction truck. The XD-40 manure suction pump is commonly used in small manure suction trucks. Power take-offs are equipped with different power take-offs depending on the chassis.
The main function of the oil and gas separator is to filter and recover the lubricating oil volatilized during the work of the vacuum pump to avoid environmental pollution and ensure the effective lubrication of the vacuum pump. The water vapor separator is used to filter the water in the high-pressure gas during the operation of the suction truck.
Four-way valve and check valve are the main parts of the pipe of the suction truck. The boom and boom base are used to control the swing pipe of the suction truck.
