Matters needing attention in correct installation, use and maintenance of vacuum pump of sewage suction truck and manure suction truck:

1. Air leakage is not allowed in the pipeline, otherwise the manure suction truck will not work.

2. The bucket of the sewage suction truck must be equipped with an anti overflow device. Otherwise, it is easy to suck fecal sewage into the vacuum pump when the sewage suction truck is used, which will damage the whole system. The pipeline of the suction port system is strictly prohibited from leaking, otherwise the vacuum degree will be affected. The exhaust pipe should also be free of leakage to prevent the vacuum oil from being discharged, polluting the environment and wasting energy.

3. The oil return port of the oil-gas separator of the sewage suction truck shall be connected with the oil return port of the secondary oil-gas separator and the oil suction pipe shall be hard pipe or hard oil resistant rubber pipe (steel wire braided rubber pipe). Plastic pipes deformed by heat are not allowed.
