XD single-stage multi rotary vane series vacuum pump is mainly composed of pump body, rotor, front and rear end covers, rotary vane, bearing, coupling and other parts, with the rotor center offset at the pump body center.
Working principle:
When the eccentric rotor rotates, the rotary vane slides against the inner wall of the pump body under the action of centrifugal force, the volume of the suction chamber gradually increases, and the pumped gas is inhaled into it until the rotary vane turns to the end of suction, and the inhaled gas is isolated.
The rotor continues to rotate, the isolated gas is gradually compressed, and the pressure increases. When the pressure exceeds the pressure at the exhaust port, the gas is discharged from the pump. In this way, the air in the container is pumped to form a vacuum.
Installation and debugging:
1. Install the pump on the inner side of the truck girder with a suitable frame and angle iron. The position of the pump is high, left, right, front and rear, which is determined with the axis line of the power take-off transmission shaft. The pump shall be as close to the power take-off and the girder as possible without interference with the parts of the truck girder. The connection inclination angle between the pump shaft and the power take-off drive shaft shall not be greater than 7 º C.
2. The suction pipe system shall not leak, otherwise the vacuum degree will be affected. The exhaust pipe shall also have no leakage to avoid vacuum discharge, environmental pollution and energy waste.
3. The installation position of oil-gas separator shall be such that its oil outlet is higher than the oil inlet joint of vacuum pump. In cold regions or cold seasons, antifreeze lubricating oil shall be replaced to ensure smooth oil passage. After 50 hours of first use, new lubricating oil shall be replaced and regularly cleaned.
Maintenance:
1. Check whether the oil quantity and quality are normal. If the oil has been emulsified, replace it with a new one.
2. The water separated from the water gas separator shall be stored in it, and it shall be drained regularly, otherwise the exhaust will be affected.
