Chengli Automobile Group has built the largest shared electrophoresis coating line for special vehicles in China. Hubei Chengli Group, one of the leading enterprises in Suizhou, invested 130 million yuan to build the production line with an annual capacity of 150000 tons, which can meet the electrophoretic coating needs of Suizhou.

Before the emergence of electrophoresis technology, the pickling phosphating process was widely used in the industry, and the product service life was relatively short, which was not conducive to environmental protection.

In April 2022, the electrophoresis workshop of Chengli Group broke ground, with a total investment of 130 million yuan. The workshop is 168 meters long and 27 meters wide. It can complete the electrophoresis coating operation of 9 meters long, 3 meters wide, 3 meters high and 5 tons heavy. The annual production capacity is 20000 units. It is the largest electrophoresis production line with the most complete technology and the most advanced technology in Suizhou at present. Electrophoretic coating has the advantages of fast construction speed, reducing labor intensity, non-toxic, convenient operation, and excellent adhesion. Its rust resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties are superior to ordinary paint and general construction methods.

At the Zengdu District Special Automobile Industry Transformation and Upgrading Promotion Conference held on the same day, representatives of Zhongheng Automobile, Qidong Special Automobile, Wanglong Special Automobile, Xinsheng Environmental Sanitation Technology, Yingtong Special Automobile and other enterprises signed an electrophoretic coating business cooperation agreement with Chengli Group.
